FIDDLEFEST OVERVIEW

Fiddlefest is an exploration and celebration of the Fiddlestix Vineyard – the place, the people, the wines and the feeling. All fourteen of the winemakers craft a Fiddlestix designated Pinot Noir will pour their wines at the famous Fiddlestix Barn located at mile marker 7.28 on Santa Rosa Rd.  There is fantastic food a-plenty and, of course, a fiddlin’ good time!

Requirements:

1)    All Volunteers must arrive at 10:45am

2)    All volunteers must work a minimum of two shifts of 1.25 hours each or a total of 2.5 hrs.

3)    Work shifts begin at noon and therefore minimum on-site time is approximately 4 hours.

4)    Event staff will assign volunteers to tasks in order to ensure proper coverage.
However you may indicate two preferences and we will attempt to accommodate you.

1)    Parking Assistants

2)    Greeting Visitors

3)    Check-In

4)    Wristband Mangers

5)    Glass Distributors

6)    Food Runner

7)    Food Servers

8)    Band Hospitality

9)    Auction Tent Assistant

10)  Clean-Up Committee
