OZOMATLI OVERVIEW:
Solvang, Santa Barbara County, California—Three-time Grammy Award winning band, OZOMATLI, will be performing a benefit concert on Friday, May 27, 2011 at the intimate, open-air Solvang Festival Theater located at 420 Second Street in downtown Solvang. Presented by Vineyard Valley Theater Company, proceeds from the concert will benefit “Youth Down 2 Business”—an educational program of the area’s Santa Ynez Valley People Helping People (www.syvphp.org) designed to assist “at risk” high school students reconnect to school and work/career trajectories. The goals are to achieve 100% graduation and 100% post secondary employment or education
